Anubhav Mittal is a senior executive who has built his career at the intersection of finance and strategy — partnering with CEOs, boards, and operating leaders to drive growth and create lasting enterprise value. He currently serves as VP and Global Head of Business Development & M&A at Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), where he leads the company's global agenda across acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Over the course of his career, Anubhav has led or helped execute approximately $10 billion of transactions and strategic investments — spanning end-to-end opportunity assessment, valuation, diligence, structuring, negotiation, and value capture. His experience spans acquisitions, partnerships, carve-outs, disciplined capital allocation, and large-scale investment governance.

Before his current role, Anubhav served as CFO of ADM's Nutrition Business Unit — an approximately $8 billion global business spanning both B2B and B2C markets. He also held senior finance and strategy roles at Kellogg Company and Booz & Company. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his B.Tech. from IIT Kanpur, graduating in the top 5% of his class. He holds the CFA and CMA designations.
