Current Role
Anubhav Mittal currently serves as VP and Global Head of Business Development & M&A at Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), one of the world's largest agricultural processors and food ingredient providers. Finance Leadership
Before returning to corporate development, Anubhav served as Chief Financial Officer of ADM's Nutrition Business Unit — an approximately $8 billion global enterprise serving both B2B and B2C markets with more than 14,000 employees. In that role, he led commercial finance, operations finance, FP&A, controlling, strategy, and M&A across a complex global organization. He helped improve ROIC, expanded margins, and led working capital reduction and optimization initiatives that strengthened cash generation and business performance.
